COMPANY OVERVIEW Our Client is an early stage medical device manufacturer with an innovative wearable technology. With FDA approval and an impressive list of current customers the company is poised for significant growth in the USA.

WHAT YOU WILL DO The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing activities in the USA. You will work closely with HQ and executive leadership in developing and executing marketing strategies, establish a strong brand presence, and drive business growth. The Field Marketing Manager will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, driving new followers through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They will coordinate management and participation in trade shows and industry events. This position also manages external agency relationships and campaigns.

WHAT WE ARE IDEALLY LOOKING FOR Our new Field Marketing Manager will have 3-5 years of prior marketing experience preferably in the medical device industry. They will have a strong understanding and foundation of marketing principles and strategies with specific experience in digital content and social media - we are looking for a 'Growth Hacker.' We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of successful campaign management, an ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WHAT WE HAVE TO HAVE We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years experience as a Marketing Manager in the medical device or technology markets. We require this person to have proven experience in digital marketing and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The Field Marketing Manager must be a team player, self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a passion for driving growth.
