Implement strategies and support administration of manufacturer marketing co-op programs. Conduct A/B testing, interpret and analyze data, identify and implement optimization opportunities. Manage and curate content for social media to drive website traffic and increase customer engagement. Craft effective messaging and develop engaging content for both print and digital. Effectively utilize communication vehicles to effectively promote products, services, customer events, eCommerce platform and overall company brand. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute effective marketing programs. Coordinate and provide support for marketing events, tradeshow, and customer seminars, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, and developing promotional collateral. Contribute to the team environment by performing related tasks as required. Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in B2B marketing, communications, advertising, or related field. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Great work ethic; Thrives working in highly collaborative environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills; Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fast learner with ability to problem solve. Good understanding of analytics, data, and reporting in Google Analytics or similar tools is preferred. Experience working within a website CMS preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Marketo, or SproutSocial a plus, but not required.
