We are looking for someone who can multi-task, prioritize, organize efficiently and be detail oriented. This position is responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. Sales managers are primarily tasked with selecting and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
