You will also solicit new business relationships with a focus on the profitability of those relationships. This is a sales- and solutions-focused position. Business development of current and new commercial client relationships. Develop internal relationships in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the Bank. Advise clients on financial solutions and strategies. Manage and review client relationships. Articulate the Bank's value proposition. Build awareness of banking industry and industry-specific trends. Demonstrate knowledge of other banking services offered by other lines of business to identify and offer qualified referrals. Demonstrate intermediate understanding and development of commercial banking financial solutions, including engaging in community relationships and activities for business development. Other responsibilities as assigned. All employees are responsible for internal controls in the performance of their assigned duties. Internal control responsibilities are established in various policies, procedures, and documents, including the Code of Conduct. Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes. Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other regulations that apply to your position. May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert. About You: Bachelor's degree in finance or related field, or equivalent experience, preferred. One years of commercial banking experience or equivalent. Ability to cross-sell an increasing variety of bank products. Proficient in building client relationships. Handle complex relationships and interact with outside counsel. Proficient business development and sales skills. Ability to manage an existing portfolio. Consultative selling skills and approach. Proactive. Working knowledge of credit structures. Well-developed credit skills and acumen. Basic underwriting skills. Basic understanding of personal and business financial statements and tax returns. Ability to manage a complex workflow. Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to work independently, provide client solutions, and prospect new client relationships. Proficient in building and managing client relationships. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.Work Style: Fully onsite.Our Benefits: We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $23.00 and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
