is supporting one of the top

client that has an opening for a
Senior Quantitative Researcher.
Location:
Remote
Pay Rate Range:
$80 to $92/hr on W2, based on experience
Duration : 12+ months contract
Quantitative UX Researcher Tasks Description:
Design highly complex surveys on how people interact with company’s products, including sampling and weighting approaches
Manage internal and external partner/vendor relationships to keep all aspects of large-scale projects on track
Design and execute quality control protocols of survey data during fielding
Analyze large-scale survey and potentially behavioral data sets
Create charts, decks, and notes from analysis, weaving together multiple strands of data into compelling narratives
Collaborate closely with other researchers, designers, product managers, data scientists, marketing managers and engineers across several different teams across the company to ensure that insights result in business outcomes
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in a quantitative field, particularly a field related to human behavior (e.g. Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, etc.)
5+ years of experience in a product/user research setting
Exceptional quantitative research and statistical skills, including survey design and sampling, weighting, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testing
Fluency in R for statistical analysis is required (cannot substitute another programming language)
Excellent data visualization skills
Ability to create clear and compelling insights and narratives from data
Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around study plans and reports
Ability to collaborate actively as part of a cross-functional project team
Must-Have Skills:
1 Industry experience
2 Project management experience / skills
3 Fluency in R and SQL experience
4 Data visualization
Nice-to-have Skills:
1 Vendor management experience
2 Familiar with python
3 Link outcomes to business decisions
