  5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product leaders, engineers, and data scientists.
  6. Metrics and Evaluation: Develop and track key metrics to measure research impact and inform future research initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 18+ years of experience conducting UX research with meaningful business impact.
  2. Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing full-time researchers.
  3. Research Expertise: Direct experience conducting primary research (qualitative or quantitative) end-to-end, including designing, fielding, analyzing, and reporting data.
  4. Team Building: Experience building and leading high-performing research teams, including hiring, growing, and retaining top talent.
  5. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy and operations, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Consumer Products Experience: Experience working in consumer products, consumer insights, or product development.
  2. UX Research Experience: 5+ years of UX research experience.
