Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Scholar with interests in child wellbeing, child welfare services, justice systems, and related topics. The successful applicant will have a strong background in statistical analysis and excellent writing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with members of interdisciplinary research teams to plan, carry-out, and report findings from empirical research using advanced quantitative methods for analyzing secondary and administrative datasets.
  • Play a primary role in the production and dissemination of research findings, including manuscript development and scholarly conference presentations.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies and training in the conduct of applied, systems-focused research.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree or equivalent in human development, social welfare, psychology, or a related social and behavioral science.
  • Strong methodological training in quantitative data analysis with large datasets.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with members of interdisciplinary research teams.
