Job Title: DME Operations & Delivery Coordinator

Department: Operations DME

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated DME Operations & Delivery Coordinator. This role will report to the DME Operations & Sr. Project Manager and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry. TheDME Operations & Delivery Coordinator willfollow established procedurestoassistcustomersin an empathetic and caring mannerand deliver appropriate DMEsuppliesin a timely manner to Patient homes after Discharge.TheDME Coordinatorwill followdirections from DME Operations Manager toperform duties, projects, and actions as assigned.

What You'll Do:

Confirm orders via telephone (Setinperson appointment or collect necessary information to ship approved supplies)
Scan & upload delivery tickets to patient records
Scan various DME documents to file in DME database
Complete compliance surveys for dispensed supplies
Deliver DME supplies including set up Hospital Beds
Weekly restock hospitals DME supplies closets and collect dispensed supplies sales tickets
Clean returned rental DME supplies
Assemble DME supplies
Assist in dispensing DME supplies
Qualifications:

Bilingual in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words applications
Detail oriented and have good organizational skills
Ability to comply and follow company policies and procedures
Empathic and caring
Keep an organized and neat work area
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast pace work environment
Must have clean driving record

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position is in office. The office is located at: 568 W. Garvey Ave, Monterey Park, CA 91754.
Work is performed in an office environment. Employee must be able to tolerate sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform different duties. Must be able to deal with busy, high pace work shifts. Pace of work may be rapid and intense especially when faced with deadlines. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
The total compensation target pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $25.00/hr. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
