The

Financial Analyst

will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial information, assess performance against financial objectives, and identify areas for improvement. This is a full-time position and reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Improve financial performance by developing models and dashboards to visualize financial data effectively and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting applications and coordinating information requirements. Develop forecasting tools to support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process. Monitor and report on key financial and non-financial performance including cash flow. Collaborate with departments across the organization, including finance, operations, and marketing, to gather data, validate assumptions, and align financial objectives with business goals. Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's financial performance and strategic initiatives. Work closely with company owners on entrepreneurial projects to pursue. Prepare and review proforma and calculate returns for investment opportunities. Create research reports and slide decks for investment opportunities. Participate in other projects and activities as assigned. EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in finance or business-related field. 3+ years of experience or industry-specific education required. Proven experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and financial software. • Understanding of GAAP. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills, Must be self-motivated to take initiative on new projects, Excellent reporting, presenting, and communication skills, Proficient in Excel and financial modeling, Good attitude and work ethic with strong attention to detail, Results-oriented, critical thinking, sound decision-making, and time management skills, • Professional demeanor. Strong sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Follows through on projects to successful completion, meeting deadlines.
