Aireco Supply, Inc is a leading distributor of HVAC/R equipment, components and supplies serving Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia and Delaware. We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a friendly professional phone manner to join the four person Accounts Payable team in our Laurel, MD office. Duties/Responsibilities: Process overhead & non-stock invoices. Provide support in weekly cash disbursement run (check, ACH, etc.) Light filing Other Accounts Payable responsibilities as assigned Requirements: A high degree of accuracy Great attention to detail Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage high volume transactions Ability to calculate and manage accounting figures Must be reliable Strong organizational & time management skills Motivated self starter Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required At least two years of office setting experience required Job Type: Full-TIme Hourly Rate: $20 $22 per hour 401(k) Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Ability to commute/relocate: Laurel, MD 20723: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Accounts Payable: 2 5 years (Preferred) At least two years of office setting experience required Aireco Supply offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health and disability insurance, profit sharing, 401K, vacation and sick leave.
