Accounts Payable Specialist A growing organization in Mount Laurel is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage high-volume processing with accuracy. The AP Specialist will play a key role in helping the accounting team stay organized, efficient, and audit-ready. Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Support weekly check runs, ACH payments, and expense reimbursements Maintain vendor files, W-9s, and assist with 1099 preparation Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with issue resolution Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts payable Support internal and external audit requests as needed Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams Qualifications 2+ years of accounts payable experience Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency with ERP/AP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Solid understanding of AP best practices and internal controls Strong communication and customer service mindset Intermediate Excel skills preferred Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
