The Crew Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple specific events entirely from start to stop. They will work with the assigned Sales Representative and Project Manager who is responsible for the project staff assigned to the project and the achievement of a technical project within one or several of the following areas: sound, lighting, video or rigging.

Your day will look like this:

  • Book US sourced crew as well as the UK and Canada crew in cooperation with the collective labor resources team.
  • Support and follow through with the booking of crew as defined by management for the assigned event.
  • Book all travel for the crew as required.
  • Provide all crew details to production as required (i.e. travel details, passport info, etc.).
  • Provide all crew details as pertains to certificates of coverage.
  • Develop and maintain client & crew relationships for assigned projects.
  • Responsible for the successful onboarding of crew in the necessary systems as required.
  • Send vendor card information to the D365 vendor creation team.
  • Build and maintain event schedules in Lasso.
  • Respond to inquiries from the crew in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties as assigned

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or other relevant training or live event coordination experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of the entertainment/live events industry a plus
  • Knowledge of Office365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the Lasso system (an asset)
  • Advanced planning, organization and coordination skills, including the ability to prioritize in a context of tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel regularly to events when they are local.
  • Flexible schedule, availability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to solve complicated problems.
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with clients (internal and external)
  • Adapt to change easily.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Valid Drivers License
