VP of Customer Success role Our clients are some of the most exciting brands in today’s marketplace. As VP of Customer Success, you will lead the accounts team and oversee all of customer success operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of accounts professionals, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring that our solutions consistently exceed client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities Lead and expand the customer success team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Develop and implement customer success strategies that enhance client retention and loyalty. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with overall business goals. Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend product or service enhancements. Manage key customer relationships and participate in strategic meetings with our top accounts. Monitor team performance metrics and report on insights and strategies to senior management.

Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the SaaS industry. Proven track record of leading teams, managing large accounts, and achieving customer satisfaction. Strong analytical skills to assess data, trends, and performance metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Compensation Base Salary - based on experience + Bonus

Location Based in Chicagoland area. Work location, hybrid (some days remote, some days at office).
