**VP of Customer Success role**
Our clients are some of the most exciting brands in today’s marketplace. As VP of Customer Success, you will lead the accounts team and oversee all of customer success operations.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and expand the customer success team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer success initiatives with overall business goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend product or service enhancements.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in strategic meetings with our top accounts.
- Monitor team performance metrics and report on insights and strategies to senior management.
**Skills and Requirements**
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing large accounts, and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
**Compensation**
- Base Salary - based on experience + Bonus

- Based in Chicagoland area
- Work location, hybrid
Joining our team as Vice President of Customer Success offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a real impact on customer satisfaction and company growth.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
