This role will be pivotal in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our gaming creators, managing onboarding, and driving expansion and retention efforts. Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition. Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer success, account management, or similar function. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. Experience in building and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies. Passion for the creator economy and supporting the success of creators.
