Job Description Job Description Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS AdministratorThis is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in El Reno, OklahomaJob Description:Pay Rate: $75.000 / year with Full BenefitsHours: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)Looking for an individual who is passionate about both technology and maintenance operations.This role will have the opportunity to dive into technical systems, leverage data analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance maintenance efficiency.If youre enthusiastic about problem-solving and driving continuous improvement, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Plans and manages work and meets deadlines under minimal or no supervision.Frequently exercises independent judgment and decision making in organizing the CMMS function to efficiently manage the full spectrum of maintenance activities.Frequently exercises discretion and judgment in coaching and educating staff on the CMMS functions and best practices for performing tasks.Performs work tasks in a safe manner.Maintains technical skill set for basic software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, utilities, and networks as needed to support work assignments.Organizes and provides guidance and training to new or less experienced CMMS users. Supports development of Fiix Learning Management System.Database implementation and management for CMMS. Includes standardization of data such as hierarchy, asset types, maintenance codes, workflow organization, work order and scheduled maintenance data processes, data entry, and report development.Works with maintenance systems users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Leads the front-end operations of the CMMS and leads the development of new applications within the system, including different types of information reporting.Tracks, reports, reviews, and liaison with Fiix to complete system change requests, data acquisitions and sharing, and user support.Builds reporting and forecasting tools with information to empower other team members with actionable data to drive the improvement of maintenance processes.Works cross functionally with teams to drive better analytics that inform various growth strategies and efficiency practices.Employment Qualifications:Associate degree (or professional training) in Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields2+ Years of software maintenance experienceExperience with CMMS Reporting and APIsExperience with server data collection and storageAbility to develop and clearly articulate process flowsProficient with Oracle, Fiix, Tableau, Microsoft Suite SoftwareAbility to self-teach, learn, and apply new software and toolsWillingness to travel to Liberty and vendor locations as project needs arise.Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background check, a driving records check and a drug screeningCompany Description UpTalent provides a full suite of talent solutions that solves every workforce challenge.
