Workplace Experience & People Operations Specialist

As a Workplace Experience & People Operations Specialist, you will ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and processes while supporting our hybrid teams within an office and region. You will closely collaborate with the global Workplace Experience team as well as the global People Operations team and play a vital role in driving exceptional employee experiences.
Your role at Dynatrace
Workplace Experience:
Effectively drive associate programs together with the team that reinforce Dynatrace Culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Ensure that the office is managed according to their procedures and guidelines, including managing office supplies and refreshments, applicable
Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the needs of your office location and the Dynatrace community at large
Work on employee benefits administration, ensuring alignment, improvement, and competitiveness of our employee benefits in collaboration with the People Operations Team
People Operations Support:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach
Assist in resolving employee issues, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Support the delivery of core HR processes and responsibilities across the employee lifecycle
Collaborate with other People & Culture teams to implement and maintain HR policies and processes and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
Support and participate in innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team.
This role is based out of our Mountain View or Denver Office and requires min. 4 days onsite per week
What will help you succeed
2+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Requirements:
Empathic, human-centric mindset and solution-driven thinking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Effective team player who exhibits strong collaboration skills
Experience as an HR practitioner and/or familiarity with HR practices, including employment laws and regulations (preferred)

DOE, annual salary is $75 - $90K plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
