We are seeking experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executiveto build and sell our advertising solutions, leveraging proven conversion-driven and brand-building strategies. In this role, you will work alongside industry experts in a rapidly growing business, demonstrating performance in a dynamic environment and showcasing problem-solving leadership skills with limited oversight. Key Responsibilities: Campaign & Revenue Management: Manage supplier campaigns and drive revenue growth. Strategic Campaign Development: Build strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of suppliers’ business goals and marketing objectives. Creative Process Management: Drive the end-to-end creative process between suppliers and our creative team. Agency Proposal Management: Manage agency proposal templates and tagging. Campaign Activation & Optimization: Partner closely with campaign management on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations. Client Communication: Provide frequent communication and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns. Analytics Collaboration: Work closely with Measurement & Analytics to ensure reporting accuracy. Insight Sharing: Share actionable insights and recommendations to support suppliers’ strategy and drive incremental revenue. Billing Support: Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally within the organization to drive strong results for suppliers. Mentorship: Mentor Senior Campaign Managers and junior associates. Additional Responsibilities: Develop proposals, provide deal evaluation, revisions, and follow-up in collaboration with Sales professionals. Maintain relationships, manage day-to-day business with clients, and identify growth opportunities to drive additional revenue. Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients. Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and work through troubleshooting/conflict resolution. Deliver on all role-specific accountability metrics and goals. Minimum Qualifications: Proven ability to lead day-to-day relationships and collaborate with management and multifunctional teams to respond to supplier needs. Experience in building media plan recommendations. Excellent follow-through and a commitment to ensuring accountability across teams. Meticulously detail-oriented project management skills to strengthen supplier relationships and their investment in our advertising. Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies, paired with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Resourcefulness in maneuvering through a large company while thriving in a nimble and fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and cross-company collaboration abilities. Capability to work proactively under pressure and handle multiple ad hoc requests. High level of comfort in escalating and presenting key issues to management. Tactical and strategic thinking to influence suppliers’ investment in media/advertising. Project Focus: Stepping in on an Enterprise-level account that is mainly self-service. Proactively supporting this large Joint Business Partnership (JBP) account. Background in strategic planning is a plus.
