We are looking for full-time Hughes Support Representatives to support Hughes customers, including HughesNet and Install Source. A Hughes Support Representative will be expected to demonstrate skills such as attention to detail, willingness to learn and complete new tasks as needs change, a sense of urgency during peak volume times throughout the day, and an ability to prioritize workloads. This position may require support of Midwest and/or Mexico related operations, as directed and required by management.
**In this role, you will:** * Assist with logistics support and other fulfillment tasks.
* Overflow tasks such as tracking new technicians, running reports and overseeing RA processes.
* Maintain various records kept for tracking metrics such as customer tracking and employee job completion.
* Import data and run reports when necessary.
* Update information through data entry.
* Close out internal jobs and auditing installations with concentration on quality and installation requirements.
* Quality assurance checks and photo audits for dealers.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from internal and external customers.
* Schedule customer orders, track job assignments and verify appointments.
* Make sure technicians have full routes by contacting customers to get sooner dates for service.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure our internal and external customers and distribution branches are supported properly.
* Assist with other assignments and/or projects as they come up and as the business changes.
We are looking for a team player who demonstrates skills such as an ability to multi-task under high volume situations, a sense of urgency during peak volume times throughout the day, an ability to prioritize workloads, and good written and oral communication skills.

* Must exhibit flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
