Job Summary

Devo is seeking an enthusiastic field marketing manager to lead marketing for our fast growing North America business. This role will plan and execute highly targeted marketing programs to include third-party sponsorhips and trade shows, custom field events with channel partners, webinars and digital campaigns.

You will work closely with our marketing team, sales organization, and channel partners to understand priorities and ensure the go to market plan builds and progresses pipeline. You must be a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with an analytical view. This role reports to the director of global growth marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a robust North America marketing program that includes field events, partner support and integrated digital tactics.
  • Lead the development of our regional ABM strategy and programs across marketing channels in close partenrship with sales to target key accounts and buyers.
  • Execute customized, high-impact field marketing events managing logistics, organization, administration, and communications.
  • Set goals and perform continuous analysis of ABM campaigns, field marketing programs and events to ensure they are impacting pipeline and progressing deals.
  • Effectively manage budget and resources and stay in constant communication with key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our engagement and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8-10+ years of experience with events and / or campaign management in B2B sales or marketing.
  • Track record of partnering with a high-energy sales team to craft programs that delive results.
  • Strong oral, written, communication and professional skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in generating programs that generate high-quality pipeline with a focus on ABM/ABX.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Past experience working with third party providers, partners and agencies.
  • Must be able to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and DemandBase is preferred.
  • Experience owning pipeline targets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology or another relevant field of study.
