Description of the Role: The Client Partner Retail will serve as the Senior Executive presenting to the most Strategic Enterprises. Our ideal candidate must have deep Retail Industry Expertise to lead our solutions and Business Development activities in the North American Market. You will be prospecting clients’ needs by understanding current requirements and help translate those needs into customized solutions that can be delivered and/or built. You will be a trusted Client Advisor, and in addition, you will be a Mentor to our Internal Solutions Consultants. You will play a crucial frontline role and be instrumental in building Customized Solutions for our Retail Industry Clients. In this role, you will wield the innovative power of our solutions to make Organizations more Productive, Collaborative and Relevant in the Market.

Preferred Skills: Be an Advisor to Key Retail Clients on Business Strategy topics. Be an Innovator and have demonstrated Program Management and Delivery Expertise of IT Solutions. Build and deepen Executive Relationships with Strategic Customer Base to help influence their long term Technology and Business Decisions. Add value and be viewed as a Trusted Advisor and Thought Leader by bringing Compelling Insights & Ideas with follow through execution. Lead and manage entire Business-Cycles and you must have experience in discussing terms and understanding associated Legal and Business Risks. Lead detailed Account Strategy in generating and developing Business Growth Opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple lines of business including our Alliance Partners, maximizing Business Impact and paving the way for Future Opportunities. Run and manage a Complex Global Account with Multiple Opportunities across different functions with Forecast and Budgetary Accuracy, serving as the Primary Customer Contact for all implementation related activities. Drive 10x ROI for our clients and drive the adoption of your strategy to the last mile, traversing the landmines in between as a true Partner to your Client. Be a Tactful Collaborator, Coach and Mentor to help build a Team that engages with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging IT related solutions programs. Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and team management skills.

Candidate Profile : A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced yet open and transparent work culture. Has the ability to execute equally well while creating new initiatives or stepping into ambiguity. Ability to navigate complex deals and successfully roadmap multi-year horizons with clients. Is deeply curious about innovations related to the AI/ML, across retail and other industries. Has a nimble operating capacity with demonstrated cross functional acumen which moves the client experience needle.

Domain Expertise:

· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the analytics, machine learning, information technology or consulting space. · Competency and interest in data sciences and data engineering

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience

Location:

Remote, with 25-50% flexibility to travel as required
