About the role

We are looking for an analytical and food-loving business leader to manage the financial and experiential performance of one or many of the top cuisines and restaurants on the Wonder platform. You will work closely with our world-class culinary team, top chefs and restaurateurs, and our finance, marketing, hospitality teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and on-plan P&L performance. You will be responsible for and/or influence everything having to do with your cuisines from menu assortment to pricing to food quality and the hospitality experience and be responsible for the success of that cuisine in our current and future markets.

Responsibilities:

* R estaurant- and cuisine-level strategies that drive performance of restaurants/cuisines and ladder into company-wide strategic goals and financial targets . Execute effectively against that strategy

* P&L ownership revenue, pricing, u nit economics , order dynamics, costs , etc. to establish and hit financial targets

* Restaurant-level merchandising

* Driving h igh customer retention rates and satisfaction (e.g., NPS) , leading cuisine-level CRM and customer growth

* Collabora tion with and prioritization of cross-functional team per cuisine

* Menu design and engineering (in partnership with Culinary team) , including identifying assortment needs , seasonal and specials planning

* Setting vision for, monitor ing , and driv ing continuous improvement in cu i sine-level customer experience, including across packaging , food quality, content, and hospitality

* Partner interaction as related to above, in tandem with Partnerships team

* This position is primarily located in Parsippany, New Jersey (4 days a week) but will also require 1 day per week at our HQ located at 4 World Trade Center.

The experience you have

* 13+ years of ($50m+) P&L management

* Demonstrated ability to achieve financial results and build the underlying model (s) to manage against on day-to-day basis

* Highly analytically-rigorous ; bias to data in decision-making . Ability to translate data into action and insights.

* Strategic and creative problem-solver , demonstrating p ersistence and perseverance to get to the root of a problem and creative ways to solve in short- and long-term
