RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead strategic initiatives for restaurant expansion and growth.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of complex deals involving restaurants and hotels.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and develop expansion strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on restaurant reinvestment and investment return analytics.
- Provide oversight for the implementation of operating systems and processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of development managers and analysts.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to development projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development function.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for and interest in food and hospitality is a must
- Must have strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and a desire to have a large commercial impact on the organization.
- Strong detail-oriented and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task & generate actionable recommendations.
- Clear influencing, communication, and organizational skills are a necessity. Ability to partner well with cross functional departments and work with all levels.
- Ability to efficiently manage workload well with shifting priorities. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment. Strong system/technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite with strong/advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
