*Job Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a temp-to-perm assignment, offering the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Interface with customers, sales, and service representatives to manage pre-sales and post-sales service functions.

* Determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.

* Schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for additional company materials.

* Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing.

* Resolve return and credit problems efficiently.

* Perform routine assignments with limited judgment required, under detailed instructions.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*

* *Call Center Experience:* Must have demonstrated experience working in a call center environment.

* *Data Entry Experience:* Must possess accurate and efficient data entry skills.

* *Proximity:* Must live within a reasonable driving distance to Louisville, KY 40219.
