Do you have Call Center experience within Healthcare Industry? Do you enjoy helping customers? We have a great Customer Service opportunity for you with a leading company in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is a 7 month possible Temp to Hire opportunity. Initial training 100% onsite with opportunity to WFH once training is fully mastered. Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Job Requirements/Previous Experience:
- Pharmacy Board Technician registration required within the first 30 days of employment.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience desired
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
- Provide accurate information to the caller.
- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
- Resolve the callers' needs.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller.
- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
