****CUSTOMER SERVICE WRITER / ADVISOR TUES-SAT SHIFT**:**

Our service writer / advisor is the liaison between our customers and our repair facilities. Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:

* Engage in all customer communication from original appointment call or visit to RO closing and customer pickup.

* Obtain actual mileage and VIN from vehicle and note any damage at drop off.

* Run warranty coverage and recalls for chassis and engine on every vehicle that arrives.

* Use diagnostic write up sheets whenever possible.

* Enter customer follow up time on every case (if diagnostic required within 2 hours of drop off)

* Enter customer requested completion time on every case rolled into work order.

* Schedule all sublet repairs on work order for completion. Work with Foreman for scheduling.

* Update customers with any changes in estimate amount or completion time.

We are seeking a customer focused, solution driven individual to add to our team. This member should have the ability to adapt and learn new computer systems and programs. In addition, qualified candidates must have basic computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stay organized with several projects and programs going simultaneously. Ability to communicate in multiple languages and a mechanical aptitude are preferred. Position will work the Tuesday through Saturday shift.
