Legend Oaks of Waxahachie is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. Qualifications:
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
