**Technical Delivery Manager**

Ann Arbor, MI **What You'll Do**

Youll be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of Sight Machines unique solution. You will work with global manufacturing customers as well as cross-functional teams within Sight Machine to make a significant impact on how Sight Machine pushes forward the field of manufacturing analytics.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

* Be resourceful, customer-obsessed, and team oriented.

* Collaborate with customer teams and the Sight Machine delivery team to create and execute program and project schedules.

* Use your solid execution skills with a strategic mindset to lead cross-functional teams through project planning, execution, and deployment of the Sight Machine platform.

* Anticipate, document, and manage risks and issues, both at technical and business level, within your projects.

* Understand and manage dependencies within and between projects, and ensure clarity of priorities leading to outcomes.

* Prepare and lead weekly customer stakeholder meetings.

* Balance priorities across long-term goals and short-term execution.

* Create cross-functional alignment and accountability across all business and technical groups and levels.

* Proactively and regularly communicate progress status to internal and external stakeholders.

* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our processes and help us work better and smarter as we scale.

* Manage, track, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a timely manner.

* Contribute to the development of processes and tools to monitor and improve delivery efficiency.

* Work with cross functional teams including Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Sales for a successful and stable delivery.
