**PDS Tech is currently recruiting for a Retail Sales Specialist in Everett, WA** **Job Title:** Retail Sales Specialist **Job Type:** Full-time; Consultant (12 months) **Location:** Everett, WA 98204 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday; First Shift **Pay Rate:** $16.06 to $19.00 per hour **Job Description:** **Duties & Responsibilities:** + Open and close the store. + Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. + Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. + Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders. + Process POS (point of sale) purchases. + Handle returns of merchandise. + Process freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns. + Maintain an organized stock room and prepare store inventory. + Prepare and process store orders for customers. + Identify and report safety and housekeeping issues. + Restock the store when necessary. + Routinely clean the store. + Report all customer complaints to the Store Manager. + Follow all company policies and procedures. **Requirements and Skills:** + 5+ years of sales experience or customer service. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to maintain a professional appearance. + Maintain a positive and professional attitude. + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. + Strong organizational skills. **Pay Details:** $16.06 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
