WHAT'S YOUR DAY AS A CLIENT RELATIONS AND SALES COORDINATOR IS LIKE?

Begin your day as a Client Relations & Sales Coordinator at our heating and HVAC company by proactively reaching out to customers, checking in to ensure their satisfaction, and offering our exclusive maintenance plans. Each interaction is an opportunity to establish a strong rapport, deliver exceptional service, and assist customers in optimizing their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. Document detailed notes in the client relations system as you engage with each individual, ensuring our technicians are fully informed to exceed expectations. By the end of the day, not only do you have achieved your goals, but you have also earned your commissions through providing honest, ethical service with the customer at the forefront.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CLIENT RELATIONS AND SALES COORDINATOR?

We're looking for a reliable and determined goal setter who can work with our customer service team Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm while meeting the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to make outbound phone calls and answer incoming calls while using exceptional phone skills
  • Helping people must be part of your DNA
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
