We are currently looking for a high energy, self-starter, experienced **Transportation Movement Specialist**, with essential interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.

**Job Responsibilities:** shall include, but are not limited to:

* Direct management and analytical support for transportation distribution, to include HAZMAT, carrier selection/management and tracking analysis in support of daily operations.

* Assist with customs clearance and door to door transportation of assets,

* Provide a full range of distribution and transportation support for DoD programs.

* Capable of learning all DoD transportation systems in support of program transportation mission needs, to include cross docks, Loaner Repair Return Center, Low Unit of Measure (LUM), MC-CBRN, Theater Lead Agent for Medical Materiel and U.S. Air Force Reach-back requirements.

**Qualifications/Skills:**

* 4-6 years of field experience providing transportation management and consulting support, utilizing Cargo Movement Operating System,

* Ability to address all forms of Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) shipping system and invoice/billing interface systems to account for payment of all items shipped,

* Provide a full range of distribution and transportation support for DoD programs deployments to customers world-wide,

* Capable of learning additional transportation systems in support of mission transportation needs as required.

**Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:**

* Associate degree or higher **OR**

* 4-6 years of on-the-job field experience

**Knowledge/Skills Requirement:**

* Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation,

* Exercise great initiative and independent judgment

* Ability to speak, write and read the English language

* Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new techniques, methods, and procedures,

* Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills

* Strong level of influence and negotiation skills

* Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
