Oryana's busy 10th Street Cafe is looking for candidates to join our dynamic team We are now accepting applications for a full-time Cafe Lead. The Cafe Lead supports the Cafe team in providing an exceptional customer experience by ensuring timely service; products that are uniform in size, taste, and consistency, and greeting and interacting with the customer in a friendly and personal way while being responsive to customer questions and inquiries. The Cafe Lead must also be able to fulfill the responsibilities of Caf Staff role as needed.

Starting wage is $17-$19/hour, experience considered, with a raise opportunity at 60 days. Full and Part-time employees receive a great store discount (25% off most purchases), paid time-off and other benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and 401k with employer match.

Requirements

Flexible availability and the ability to work weekends is required. Prior food preparation and/or customer service experience is preferred.

$17 - $19 starting
