As a HR Project Manager, you will spend your time helping drive critical talent initiatives through data-driven insights and supporting various HR priorities within one of IFF's business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze and interpret HR data from various sources to drive quality decision-making as it relates to IFF's talent agenda.
- Utilize advanced excel skills to create detailed reports and presentations on key talent metrics, trends and insights. Generate ad-hoc reports and validate data as needed.
- Create engaging and visually appealing presentations for HR meetings and executive briefings.
- Collaborate with HR and business team members to gather content and create high quality slides for internal meetings.
- Coordinate and manage HR initiatives and projects, ensuring key milestones are met and projects are completed according to project plan.
- Laisse with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of educational and workexperience within HR.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Analytics or HR Business Partner
- High level of proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced level MS Excel skills.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in analyzing and presenting HR data in a compelling way to influence decision-making
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Hybrid work schedule due to on-site project meetings at 1 to 2 days per week at on of our NJ or NY locations.
