Job Description: As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our client's financial operations. Responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Supervising accounting staff and providing guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to support grant management, fundraising efforts, and financial planning.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
