Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. This position offers a competitive salary with a production bonus, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation expenses for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and health education to patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in [State]
  • DEA registration
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
