This is a 5-month contract (possibility of extension or conversion to perm) in the Vinings.

This is a 35-hour per week position (7 hours/day, Mon - Fri).

You must live in the Atlanta metro area. You can work remotely; however, preference is given to those who work a hybrid schedule.

PROJECT DETAILS:

There are 2 roles for which you will be considered. Each role may have some overlapping duties with the other, but you primarily will be focused on one of the areas below:

  1. Supporting the execution of approving and submitting product price promotions. You will receive product price promotion requests from the merchant/vendor. You will then check the companys established criteria to determine if the requested promotion is profitable, and if so, you will then submit them in the system to go live on the e-commerce site. If they do not meet the criteria to be deemed profitable, you will communicate those findings back to the merchant with the reasons.
  2. Onboarding new suppliers: Merchants will submit new products to be onboarded to the e-commerce site, and you will handle the communication and coordination with the vendors, walking them through the onboarding process. You will not handle the actual onboarding, but will direct them to follow the established onboarding steps.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data entry
  • Basic analysis of product promotions
  • Communicating steps to suppliers for new product onboarding to e-commerce site
  • Coordinating and communicating with merchants and suppliers

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1+ years of professional work experience (or internship experience)
  • Professional experience in marketing analytics, retail, e-commerce, or digital spaces
  • Experience working with massive Excel spreadsheets
  • Basic data analysis experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills - must be proficient with VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables (interview will include a live Excel evaluation on a PC to test your Excel proficiency)
  • Ability to learn Retail Math (Markup, Margin, Sell Through, Initial Markup, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
