Sales Manager

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Grow overall revenue for the division, with a focus on new customer acquisition
Develop and execute sales strategies to hit divisional sales targets for commercial, residential, and service segments of the business
Engage with all customers and ensure top level of customer service
Coordinate site visits for roof evaluations and reports
Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts
Manage leads that come into the office with high sense of responsiveness
CRM pipeline management
Recruit and hire new sales team members as needed
Provide regular training and development for sales team
Lead, manage and hold team accountable for sales, bid activity, new customer acquisition, and company values
Support sales team in sales presentations, lunch and learn events, association involvement, and overall business development functions
Review and oversee all estimating functions for the division
Support marketing efforts of the company
Coordinate communication and project management of all jobs between sales and operations
Collaborate with divisional and company leadership to support financial goals and responsibilities
Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures
Support and abide by the values of the company, while executing company vision
Other duties as assigned
Great communication skills
Critical Thinker – intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions
Problem Solver – take ownership, resolve and communicate with team
Team Player – willing to complete processing tasks, no matter the task
Experience:
5+ years in sales/sales manager, 3+ years in Roofing/construction
Acceptable driving record
Commercial Estimating experience preferred
