Design Analyst/Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: 24.00/hr
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Location: - Hutto TX 78634
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm

External customers amp internal business units bull Quick learners with solid computers Microsoft tools amp proprietary systems bull Open to certain call representative candidates who are strong in reporting can handle themselves in high-volume and high-stress conversations and able to do repetitive work Job Description: bull Supports the development of strategies that lead to the long-term viability and profitability of the design and project management work group through enhanced process improvement practices. bull Supports cross-functional initiatives and/or teams to maximize the efficiency of programs and processes end-to-end. bull Will need to manage projects as assigned which could include simultaneous demands for needed data and analysis. bull Workload will need to be prioritized to ensure that assignments are completed in a timely manner . Experience Requirements: bull 1-2 years of successful performance in a Performance Management or Data Analysis role utilizing process improvement methodology bull Proven customer service and communication skills bull Proven team-building and organizational skills bull Lean Six Sigma training Preferred Skill Requirements: bull Interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex issues into clear and concise concepts through verbal and written communication and presentation abilities bull Ability to possess a working knowledge of operating environment specifically in regard to the surrounding work group bull Beginner to intermediate application skills in SharePoint Microsoft Word Excel Access and PowerPoint is desired bull Ability to learn internal computer programs used for work scheduling and reporting dispatching and completing tickets etc. Example of Job Duties includes: bull Investigate amp complete all MobileTC/WaAM tickets for respective area and direct calls emails etc. to appropriate designer if needed bull Communicate with operations on reject orders if clarification is needed bull Send customers load sheets amp receive load sheets bull Review load sheet for accuracy and send back to customer if not filled out completely bull Set up project in Oracle Maximo bull Assign load sheet to Project Manager based on workload and area bull Create job packet for Project Manager print out sketch of work area in Oracle Maximo bull Track load sheet assignments and dates possibly Excel spreadsheet and/or SharePoint bull Track project statuses bull Provide workload data to Supervisor upon request bull Main workflow source: Service orders/ MobileTC tickets office walk ins emails phone calls and WaAM tools

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
