FINANCIAL ANALYST This salaried position will analyze financial performance, maintain standard costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

T his position requires a high level of confidentiality, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Analyze monthly financial results. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts. Partner with operations to develop the Annual Operating Plan. Report customer sales trends monthly, highlighting variances from forecast and budget. Work with other members of the Finance Team to complete the quarterly profit report. Interface with the Materials group to develop metrics related to Inventory accuracy and a process to perform additional audits on the data submitted. Prepare the annual standard cost update. Ensure accuracy of the quarterly and annual physical inventory. Monitor the CAPEX spend to budget. REQUIREMENTS Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance,

or a related field. Certifications: CMA or CPA a plus, but not required. Experience:

1 to 5 years of accounting or financial analysis; prior public accounting or manufacturing experience a plus. Management has the right to revise this description at any time.
