Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Correctly identify and review key information listed on BOM/Routing to ensure all information and products are listed, and available, to complete the order.
Must be able to maintain high attention to detail for extended periods of time ensuring data accuracy using basic math principles
Work with Mater Scheduler, Supervisors and Production Managers to ascertain any missing information on the BOM/Routing
Efficient typing and quality data entry skills, in addition to navigation of inventory database and company systems
Learn and retain industry terms as it pertains to lumber, concrete and panel products
Cross training into other work areas based upon business need
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED required
Basic math skills are a must. Lumber math skill are a plus
General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and email is required
Time Management and attention to detail is essential
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Must have a sense of urgency, motivation and be a self-starter
