We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated HR Coordinator that will aid our Human Resources department in their day-to-day tasks.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProcess and maintain new and/or current employee records.Monitor and maintain company compliance (including tracking and reporting) as relates to Federal, State, and Local laws.Utilize the HRIS (Paycom) system to track and maintain employee data.Assist in the development and improvement of company policies and procedures.Assist with time and attendance processingAssume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or other related fields. Preferred but not required.1-2 Years' experience in Human Resources.Understanding of HR Laws (FMLA, Labor Laws, Benefit Plans, etc.)Proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, HRIS systems.Highly OrganizedExceptional Attention to DetailAbility to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success Trinity Solar offers you a career in one of the fastest growing fields in the country.
