We are looking for an experienced *Director of Nursing(RN)* to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. A Director of Nursing should have once been a hard-working and compassionate registered nurse who steadily developed their managerial and administrative skills. While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. *Required Qualifications* A Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university. Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long term nursing home, or other related health care facility. Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state. Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
