Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description:

+ Maintaining A/R and other accounting activities.

+ Post customers PO entries through EDI.

+ Daily ASN to customers.

+ Daily Invoicing to the customers by EDI, email or mail.

+ Issue freight PO as per shipping documents.

+ Sales report send to management.

+ Maintain chargeback and issue credit memos.

+ ACH, wire and deposited checks post in A/R.

+ Review aging report weekly and call customers that are behind.

+ Help other accounting team members.

+ Any other accounting matter assignment.
