Accounts Receivable Clerk

Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining A/R and other accounting activities.
- Post customers' PO entries through EDI.
- Daily ASN to customers.
- Daily Invoicing to the customers by EDI, email or mail.
- Issue freight PO as per shipping documents.
- Sales report send to management.
- Maintain chargeback and issue credit memos.
- ACH, wire and deposited checks post in A/R.
- Review aging report weekly and call customers that are behind.
- Help other accounting team members.
- Any other accounting matter assignment.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Excel proficiency required (v-lookups and pivot tables)
- EDI
- SAGE/Peachtree/or similar
- Crystal Reporting
