One of America's largest retailers is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Manager to spearhead the development and oversight of our company's digital products. The ideal candidate will be a leader and seasoned strategist with a keen eye for user experience, market trends, and digital advancements. As the Digital Product Manager, you'll guide the product lifecycle, from concept to execution and continual enhancement.

We have two (2) openings for Digital Product Manager roles:

  2. The second position is suited for a digital product manager with a minimum of 3 years of B2C digital product experience, particularly on websites.

This position offers full remote work flexibility. Alternatively, for those residing in the Chicagoland area, it provides the option to work from either of their two Chicagoland offices.

  • Prioritize and communicate feature enhancements effectively to the development team, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive data-driven decisions for product enhancement, usability improvement, and increased adoption.
  • Manage the product release cycle, from planning and testing to deployment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market plans, and develop pricing strategies and revenue models.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing insights with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, taking initiative to lead projects independently and drive them to successful completion.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a digital product manager, with a strong track record of successful product launches and management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, adept at working effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, including web and mobile platforms, APIs, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user testing, and other research methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and delivering results within budget.
