+ **Schedule:** M-F 8a-5p

+ **Pay:** 100K-110K Salary DOE

+ **Location:** Tampa Bay, FL

+ **Description:**

+ Responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities of chemical laboratory projects related to water quality testing

+ Play an active role in recruiting, hiring, training and people development within the department

+ Prepare and deliver performance reviews, development plans and performance improvement plans for staff

+ Mange workflow and communicates work status and laboratory capabilities to project management and laboratory management

+ Review analytical data for accuracy and completeness.

+ Set up new equipment and provide method development as required to support growth.

**Skills / Qualifications**

+ Bachelors of Science in Chemistry Required

+ 2-3 years of Experience with Water Quality Testing

+ Previous Chemical Laboratory management OR Chemical Laboratory leadership experience Required.
