Essential Duties: Leading branded portfolio product performance analysis including market trends, SKU rationalization, and new item additions Analyze business, competitive, consumer, customer and culinary trends and data, translating insights to growth driving initiatives Lead large cross-functional teams from initial project scoping and project kickoff through commercialization and post launch evaluation Support brand strategy development and execution across multiple channels and support development of annual portfolio plans across the 6 Ps-positioning, product assortment, pricing, promotion, placement and packaging as consumer advocate and brand champion Lead execution of traditional and digital consumer advertising, public relations, sponsorships, events, packaging, and earned /paid media Lead retail specific activation strategy and execution Assist in the development of effective marketing campaigns including brief development and analyzing campaign impact Work directly with sales and analytics team to develop and implement competitive sell in presentations, trade programs, materials, and presentations to drive incremental growth Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred or 1 to 3 years experience Brand or product management in CPG or beverage preferred. Experience with Circana/IRI or Nielsen preferred Strong analytical skills and business acumen Prior P&L exposure preferred Track record of project management experience Experience in a startup environment is a plus Self-starter with a desire to rollup sleeves, managing competing priorities and work tactically Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Ability to think fast and react in a fast paced, results driven environment Passion for beverage and dairy Proficient in Microsoft office suite with advanced skills in Excel Must be able and willing to drive a car
