Dispensary Sales Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to join our team in a retail setting. The Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties Manage and motivate a team of dispensary associates Supervise daily activities, including cash handling and shift management Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained and visually appealing Assist in employee development Intake and receive product deliveries Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products on the floor Conduct monthly and weekly inventory audits Knowledge of Dutchie and Metrc a must Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently Open and close the store and prepare deposits Experience Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a dispensary environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and coach a team Excellent time management and organizational abilities Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail operations Knowledge of POS systems and ability to perform basic troubleshooting If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and leadership, we invite you to apply for the Sales Lead position.
