Job Title: Sales Associate for Clean Energy Solutions

Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of solar and storage solutions to customers. Your primary objective will be to educate and advise customers about the benefits of renewable energy, how it works, and how it can save them money on their electricity bills. To achieve this, you will need to be highly knowledgeable about our products and services, as well as possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Educate customers about our range of solar and storage solutions
- Advise customers on the benefits of renewable energy and how it can save them money on their electricity bills
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new technologies, and market trends
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of solar and storage solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holiday shifts
