Description

Have you thought about short-term rentals or familiar with the hospitality business?

We're looking for an associate who is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, helping assist in guest interactions and experiences while maintaining and securing premises. This position has plenty of room to grow within the company & to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Responsibilities

•Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
•Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant's satisfaction
•Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
•Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly
•Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner

Qualifications

•Past sales experience is preferred
•Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends
•Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service
